Limited Warranty Terms

 

We take pride in every Crisp Bros Racing product we produce. The following warranty policy applys to all Crisp Bros Racing frames and hard-goods if you are the original owner and can provide proof of purchase.

 

Every frame shipped comes attached with a Warranty Card, which states your serial and model information. Complete the online registration form provided here, this will confirm the original date of purchase of your new Crisp Bros Racing BMX race frame. Its important for both parties, you especially if your original receipt is lost. We will keep this information on file, and in the event your product is stolen we can also verify your purchase to help with insurance claims.

 

To the original owner, Crisp Bros Racing warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from purchase date. Please save your original sales receipt to validate purchase date and beginning of warranty period. If this product should become defective within the limited warranty period stated, Crisp Bros Racing will repair or replace defective product at no charge.

 

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the frame being worn out through normal use. It is one kind of normal wear and tear, and it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his/her bicycle regularly.

 

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRISP BROS RACING BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY. 

 

Warranty product must be returned, either to the original dealer purchased from or to Crisp Bros Racing at the owners expense. Returned product to include complete information stating issue, purchase date, copy of original sales receipt, your name as it appears on the registration card, phone number with correct address (no P.O. Boxes). Crisp Bros Racing will send fixed or replacement product back to original dealer or purchaser at no charge. 

 

Dealers are not responsible for delivery costs on replacement warranty products back to the original purchaser.
