Bundaberg Cane Toad Classic

Results from the 2015 Bundy Cane Toad Classic held last weekend, CBR’s Mick Young making the trip for the annual 2 day meet, his first official race since grabbing a 4A plate at the National Titles in June. After a longer than expected trip to Bundaberg, we were greeted with great conditions on Saturday, racing was underway at 2pm. Mick looking very comfortable on the track taking a bunch of seconds and a first. Sitting 5th on points at the end of the day with some strong lap times out of 35 riders in Pro was a great first day. Conditions on Sunday were a very different contrast to Saturday, cold dusty and windy, Mick making the cut in his semi and straight into the 3 race final taking home a well earned 6th overall for the weekend. Congrats! Special thanks to Darren May for his support over the weekend and to Bundaberg BMX Club for hosting a great event! - Image: Shred Crash Repeat
